Audience before algorithm
Rankings follow relevance. I start with how people discover, evaluate and buy, then engineer search around that behaviour.

I'm Marc Nashaat, a Toronto-based Enterprise SEO, SEM, & AI consultant. I help B2B SaaS teams accelerate product-qualified pipeline and e-commerce leaders fix the technical leaks that drain revenue.

In the media
The story
I started my career as a Senior SEO Consultant for a top search agency, leading multi-million-dollar programs for brands like FedEx, Toyota and Public Storage, and eventually shaping the agency's off-page strategy and operations.
Over time I expanded into broader growth roles: managing over $1M a year in paid media, building audience-led content systems that convert across complex funnels, and acting as interim Head of SEO for in-house teams that needed direction without the headcount.
What clients say
Marc combines deep technical SEO expertise with a real talent for making complex topics clear and actionable. He quickly felt like part of our team, understood our constraints, and tailored his recommendations to what would make the biggest difference. He moves fast without cutting corners, and his consulting helped us drive tangible increases in organic traffic and revenue. Marc was easy to work with, and is someone I would partner with again in the future.
Alex VerdurmenI've worked with a lot of agencies and consultants, but Marc is in a different league. In the five years I've worked with him, he has managed paid media, SEO, webdev, analytics, complex AI projects, and much more for our marketing department. His work shows up where it matters: in qualified leads and pipeline. When things get urgent, he's the first to respond and whatever lands on his desk gets done, and done well. Working with him feels less like managing a consultant and more like having another senior colleague on the team. Marc is one of the few external partners I trust completely. If you're a marketing lead in a complex B2B space, he's the person you want in your corner.
Madlen SchusterUnder his guidance we saw a 6× increase in traffic and conversions. Speed and quality are often mutually exclusive. Marc is one of the few that can produce both.
Aaron MullallyAn incredible marketer with a wide range of expertise. He continues to over-deliver. We'll never know how he gets us so many great PR opportunities.
Chris WiegandNothing short of exceptional over three years. Skip the fluff. If you need quality off-page work, Marc is your guy.
Duane RajkumarAgencies scale by standardizing. The work that actually moves enterprise revenue doesn't standardize: untangling faceted navigation on a million-SKU catalogue, or mapping a multi-touch B2B buyer journey. So I keep my client roster intentionally small and stay hands-on.
What makes me different
I'm an extension of your team, with the autonomy to find problems and the discipline to solve them. That changes how the work gets done.
I don't earn more when you buy more hours. You're paying for judgment rather than volume, so the cheapest fix that works is the one I'll recommend.
I work in your tools, your standups and your backlog. A finding that never reaches a sprint is worth nothing, so my job ends when the change ships.
If an agency, an in-house hire or nobody at all is the better call, I'll tell you. I'd rather lose the engagement than sell you the wrong one.
Core services
Each practice has specialisms underneath it. Start with the one closest to the problem you're trying to solve.
Senior SEO judgment without the agency layer. Diagnosis, a roadmap your engineers will actually ship, and someone who stays until it does.
Content as a commercial function: what to publish, for whom, and how it is defended in board terms rather than traffic charts.
How retrieval and generative systems find, quote and represent your brand — and what that changes about content, structure and measurement.
Paid media run by the person who decides the strategy. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and YouTube Ads. Flexible payment structures based on what makes the most sense for your org
Who I work with
Most of my clients are B2B SaaS companies, ecommerce brands and publishers. They have an in-house marketing team, a site large enough that changes ship through templates and release cycles rather than by hand, and leadership that measures search in pipeline or revenue rather than traffic.
The best fit is a team that has outgrown generic advice. You've got the data, there's probably an audit or two on the shared drive, and what you need is someone senior to decide what matters and get it shipped. If you're early and still finding product-market fit, I'm usually not the right spend yet, and I'll say so.

Philosophy
Rankings follow relevance. I start with how people discover, evaluate and buy, then engineer search around that behaviour.
Every recommendation is tied to pipeline, reservations or margin. If it won't move a number the board cares about, it doesn't ship.
No account managers between us. I write the audit, brief your developers and read the log files myself.
